My secret sauce is all about making you feel comfortable and having fun (no cringe posing here!). I'm a documentary style photographer, meaning I won't pose you, but gently guide you as we chat, laugh and have fun during our session.
I KNOW how important documenting this time in your life is and it's JUST as important to me to capture it, because I know how cherished these photos will be in 10, 20 and even 50 years time; the stories they'll tell, the legacy they'll leave behind.

99% of my clients aren't models either, and often their session with me is their first time having professional photos taken. I don't pose you, but gently guide you during our session. The result will be natural, authentic photos that feel like YOU.
1. We're not models / we don't know how to pose
Absolutely! I'm based in Australia, but travel both nationally and internationally for love.
2. Do you travel for weddings / photoshoots?
Honestly, whatever makes you feel comfortable. There's nothing worse than having to constantly adjust your outfit, or just not feeling confident with what you're wearing. I recommend a kick ass outfit that makes you feel confident AF (especially if you're a little nervous). I also have a client wardrobe you're welcome to use, complimentary.
3. What should we wear for our session?
Lifestyle sessions you can expect between 20 - 40+ images.
Weddings - each wedding is different - some clients want the flowers, the details, the invites, all the guests, the dog captured, and some clients are a little shy, have less to be captured or just want the 'main details' captured. Know that I will capture the story of your day, without overwhelming you with 20 versions of the same photos in slightly different poses (I'm a quality over quantity gal).
4. How many photos will we receive?
I'm all about embracing the elements and encourage you to do the same - I've captured some truely beautiful photos in between showers. We'll run out between showers, relocate our session (if outdoors), or if it's absolutely pouring down, we'll look to reschedule (I'll never put you / your little ones in danger).
5. What if there's bad weather?
Yes! I absolutely encourage this. It's how we get to know each other, you get comfortable with me, and gives me a chance to ask you all my burning questions about your epic day.
6. Do we meet you before our big day?
Simply get in touch and let's plan the session of your dreams. I take a small deposit - once this is paid, the date is officially yours.
