When will I get my images?

All photos are uploaded to an online gallery. Turnaround may be up to 3 weeks. Every effort is made to have the images ready as soon as possible for you. This turnaround time is to factor in peak periods.

How do I get my photos?

All images are uploaded to an online gallery. Once ready, an email will be sent to you with the link to the folder. From here you can download them, share your photos on social media, favourite them and even order prints.

Where should we shoot?

Anywhere you'd like! I can come to you, recommend places, or we can meet at a location of your choice.

How much is travel?

Travel between Yanchep to Whitfords (approx.) is free. For locations outside of here, a small fee may be added to the total.

Help! I don't know how to pose.

That's completely fine. A lot of my clients have never had professional photography taken before. I am happy to direct the shoot or if you prefer, document in an un-posed and natural way.

What should we wear?

I always recommend plain clothes with no branding. Remember you will have these photos forever and as much as you like that loud, branded shirt or jumper, you may not in a couple of years time.

It's not necessary for all family members to match clothes - unless you want to of course :) 

What if there is bad weather?

I shoot rain or shine - some of the best photos have been in between rain showers (you're certainly not expected to be out in the rain!). If weather is really too bad, we will re-schedule the shoot.

How do I book my shoot?

Please contact me to schedule in your shoot. A 50% deposit is required to book in the date and time (no holds are permitted prior to payment). The balance is required 48 hours prior to the shoot.

How do I pay?

Payments can be made via bank transfer, paypal or cash.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations 48 hours prior to the date can be re-scheduled for another day or time. There are no refunds and failure to give 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Please understand that we are a small business and your booking could have been given to someone else.
